DAVID AMES

Hi my friends.  I recieved my AARP invite last week...which means I'm turning 50 this month!  And I'm simply, profoundly grateful for this life, in both it's remarkable beauty and the humbling challenge of it all.  
So to Celebrate, and in appreciation for my heart's committment to making the world a little better in my work as a therapist, I'm participating in the Run Across America for Trauma Awareness (June 19th through the 27th).  It's in support of the Compassion Prison Project for how they are working to bring healing to those incarcerated as well as raise awareness of the powerful impact unhealed trauma can have in a person's life.  Thank you and much love to you.
